She graduated from Kharkiv State Technical University of Radio Electronics in 1994 with a degree in Biotechnical and Medical Devices and Systems and has a degree in electronics engineering.

The main scientific directions are the identification of acoustic models of closed rooms of arbitrary shape in order to find ways to improve the acoustic properties; monitoring of acoustic environments for various purposes; research of volume-planning decisions of auditoriums for the purpose of maintenance of optimum acoustic properties at designing or check of geometry of sound-reflecting surfaces; conducting acoustic examination of the premises
