In 1980 graduated Department of Multichannel Communications, Moscow Technical University of Communication and Informatics.

Since 1981 to 2017 – Kharkov Institute of Radioelectronics. Kharkov High Military College of Radioelectronics. Engineer, Kharkiv Military University, Engineer. Naval Academy by of P.S. Nakhimov. Professor of Radioelectronics and telecommunications department.

Since 2017 – Doctorant Department of Media Engineering and Information Radioelectronic Systems (MEIRES) KhNURE

Since 2019 – Associate Professor of the Department of Media Engineering and Information Radio Electronic Systems KhNURE.
